Belmark Homes is the builder of the Abbey Road development, which includes three separate parks. It is the only project in Snohomish County that is Energy Star certified. Each home must undergo an independent, third-party inspection to ensure adherence to energy-efficient construction practices that include increased insulation, improved ventilation and high-efficiency windows, radiant heat technology (no furnace or hot water heater), native vegetation landscaping, pervious patios and walkways, and efficient lighting and appliances.
