This week’s featured new construction is a four-bedroom, three-bath, two-story home in the Spruce Hills development in north Lynnwood. It has an upstairs bonus room, a two-car garage with electric opener, and RV parking.

Vitals include a natural gas furnace and hot water, city sewer and water, and high-tech cabling with panel and future tubing.

Oak planking covers the foyer floor and extends throughout much of the main living area. The entry also benefits from a high ceiling, transom and leaded glass windows, and a plant shelf.
