This week’s featured new home has four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It’s located at the Angelia Heights subdivision near Lake Stevens.

Built by the Palazzo Group, the home is an open design that benefits from numerous upgrades that include wiring for surround sound and a hot tub, and plumbing for a central vacuum system and gas barbecue.

Entrance is gained through a front door with a leaded glass inset window. The foyer is decked with three distinct tile sizes and colors with a metal medallion centerpiece.
