This week’s featured new construction is in the Rucker Place Condominiums, a five-unit complex located near downtown Everett.

The featured unit has 1,409 square-feet of living space. It includes a kitchen, a great-room that encompasses formal living and dining areas, two bedrooms – each with its own private bathroom and walk-in closet — and a powder room, utility room and balcony patio. It has a gas-fired, high-efficiency heating system and tankless hot water system.

Entrance to the unit is gained through a private door that opens to a ceramic tile landing that extends to a nearby sliding glass door. Faux wood laminated flooring extends throughout the living space, along with nine-foot ceilings that add volume.

The two bedrooms are generously proportioned and, as mentioned above, each has its own private bedroom and walk-in wardrobe closet. Both bathrooms are completed with single vanities topped with laminate and a tile backsplash, matching vinyl flooring, and shower/tub combinations with faux white tile fiberglass shells. Both closets include multi-tiered, ventilated wire storage shelves.

A powder room completes the unit’s floor plan. This half-bathroom includes a single vanity with laminate top, tiled backsplash, three-bulb light fixture and vinyl flooring.
