This week’s featured new construction is a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome located at the Robinson Lane development in downtown Marysville.

Our featured unit, the Woodridge, stretches over three levels. The ground level includes a tandem two-car garage enclosed by a single paneled door with privacy glass and electric opener. The home is heated by a natural gas furnace and hot water tank. Both a front door and side entrance door open to this level, covered with wood-tone laminate flooring. A window with bench seat and storage closet complete the lower level.
