A three-bedroom plus den, 2.75-bath rambler in the Priest Point area of Tulalip is our featured resale home this week. It was built in 1978 and completely remodeled in 1994.

The home is on a .93-acre lot with unobstructed, mid-bluff 180-degree views of Puget Sound, the Port of Everett, the Cascade Mountains and Mount Rainier. A long driveway off Meridian Avenue N. leads to a large parking area in front of the house.

Inside the homes beveled-glass front door is a foyer with tile flooring. A utility room is to the immediate left; the den or home office is to the right.

Utility room features include vinyl flooring, built-in cabinets and a utility sink. A small area off the utility room contains a toilet and a shower with fiberglass surround.

Highlights of the den include a built-in desk area, a picture window facing the front yard, and a door accessing the home’s attached two-car garage. The garage includes work space with built-in cabinets.

Straight ahead of the foyer, a sitting area has tile flooring, view windows and a French door accessing an expansive aggregate patio overlooking the view.

A bedroom suite is positioned a few steps away from the sitting area. Its features include two large picture windows overlooking the view, a French door to the patio, built-in cabinets and dresser drawers, a TV alcove, and a walk-in closet.

The suite’s bathroom has an elongated double vanity topped with tile, and a walk-in shower with glass block wall.

A tile-floored hall off the foyer leads to a great-room at the back of the house, with a wall of view windows. The great-room incorporates a kitchen, dining area and living room.

Kitchen highlights include maple flooring, maple cabinets with tile counters, an island topped with granite slab, pantry cupboards and black appliances.

The living room and dining area have pale neutral short-pile carpeting, a vaulted cathedral ceiling, built-in china hutch, a sliding glass door accessing the patio, and a gas fireplace with tiled hearth and surround. The fireplace is flanked by built-in bookshelves and cabinets, including a television alcove.

Another hall, off the great-room, leads to the remaining two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a standard closet, the other has two double closets. The full bathroom’s shower-tub combination has a tile surround.

The home has an electric forced-air heating system with heat pump, and central vacuum, surround sound and security systems.
