This week’s featured new construction is a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath two-story in the Willow Crest development near Mill Creek.

The main floor is comprised of a foyer, home office or parlor, formal dining room, great-room, kitchen with nook, powder room, bedroom suite, utility room and two-car garage.

Upstairs are three oversized bedrooms and a full bathroom.

Open to the second level, the foyer benefits from two large windows and oak flooring that extends into the nearby powder and dining rooms.

To the left, the home office or sitting room has a vaulted ceiling, an arched and wood-wrapped window, chair railing, frieze carpeting and radius corners.

Dining room highlights are a coffered ceiling with crown molding, matching chandelier, two-tone paint scheme and chair railing millwork.

The great-room has a gas fireplace with marble hearth and border, framed by a formal wood surround and mantel. Open to the second level, upper and lower windows flank the fireplace.
