Our featured home this week is a one-level condominium in Marysville. It was built in 1999 and is a ground-level unit with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a small yard.

The home includes one parking spot just outside the front entrance and an additional parking spot within a nearby garage. The garage space also includes storage.

Tile flooring is included inside the entryway. A storage closet is situated directly across from the front door. Oak and white millwork is found throughout the home.

Left of the entry, a bedroom suite is currently used as a family room. The space includes neutral carpeting and a large closet.

Next to this bedroom is a bathroom fitted with vinyl flooring, a single vanity with banjo countertop, and a tub/shower combination.

Right of the entry, the kitchen includes oak cabinetry, laminate countertops and a white tile backsplash. The taupe vinyl flooring resembles ceramic tile. A peninsula houses a double sink and breakfast bar, and appliances are white.

Across from the kitchen, a laundry closet includes a full-size washer and dryer.

The dining area is nestled between the kitchen’s peninsula and the living room. It has a glass ceiling fixture.

A French door provides a view of the patio from the living room. Other components of the living room include neutral carpeting, two windows overlooking the back yard, and a natural gas fireplace surrounded by tile. An alcove above the fireplace provides architectural interest.

The larger bedroom suite has sliding glass doors to the patio. Its bathroom has vinyl flooring, a single vanity with extended countertop, and a tub/shower combination. The suite’s spacious walk-in closet includes built-in shelving.

The partially-fenced back yard has a small area of grass and a garden area underneath a maple tree.

The concrete patio is nicely proportioned, with room for a small table and chairs. A natural gas hookup is available for a barbecue grill.

A storage area is accessed from the patio and houses the condo unit’s natural gas water heater.

Electric wall heaters and the living room’s propane fireplace provide heat. Homeowner’s dues cover the cost of water, sewer, garbage pickup and yard maintenance.
