This week’s featured new construction is a two-story, freestanding air-space unit in the Serrano condominium development in Mill Creek. It features the Palermo floor plan, which has 1,855 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It also has an attached two-car garage.
The main floor is comprised of a great-room combining formal living and dining rooms, a kitchen, powder room and garage. Upstairs, there is a bedroom suite, two more bedrooms, a full bathroom and a utility room.
Oak flooring covers the home’s foyer, which is brightened by a leaded glass window in the front door. A short hall leads to the formal living and dining rooms.
Dining room highlights include a coffered ceiling with crown molding, chair railing, shadowboxing and a privacy transom window. The area is defined from the living room by four rounded support columns resting on pedestals.
