Local teams and some out-of-area schools get in summer work as the start of fall practice draws ever closer.

SNOHOMISH — Glacier Peak hosted a practice 7on7 football tournament Wednesday. Participants included Archbishop Murphy, Meadowdale, Kamiak, Everett and Mariner High School.
