IBL honors pair of Explosion players

Guards Jamaal Miller and Donald Watts of the Snohomish County Explosion have been named to the International Basketball League’s 2008 All-Star Team, the league announced Thursday.
Miller averaged 16.1 points and 5.0 assists for the Explosion, who finished their second season in the IBL with a 14-10 record.
Watts, who announced his retirement after the season, averaged 17.6 points and 6.3 rebounds per game. It marked the third straight year Watts has been named to the all-star team.
