Seahawks first-round grades, plus bonus music video

First, let’s look at the aftermath of the Seahawks selecting Texas A&M tackle Germain Ifedi with the last pick of the first round of the NFL draft. The Seahawks’ website did a survey of how various media outlets graded Seattle’s pick. It’s ridiculous to be handing out grades at this point as it is — just look at how Seattle’s epic 2012 draft was viewed immediately after the draft — but the pundits gave the Seahawks anywhere from an A to a C for their selection of Ifedi. The general feeling among the graders seems to be that Seattle gets a passing grade for trading down to get an extra pick while also addressing its biggest need.
