Everett Attorney Barry M. Meyers has been re-certified for five years as an elder law attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation (NELF), the only agency accredited by the American Bar Association to certify lawyers in the specialty area of elder law. He received his initial certification in May, 2003.

There are only 381 attorneys in the United States, including eight in Washington State, certified as elder law attorneys. In 2007, Meyers was named a SuperLawyer by Washington Law and Politics Magazine.

His elder law services include long-term care and asset preservation, Medicaid applications, trusts, long-term care insurance policy reviews and elder abuse issues.
