Construction workers came to the rescue

I would like to send a million thank yous to the two wonderful gentlemen from CSP Construction who rescued me from disaster on the morning of Aug. 17. I was turning left on a Marysville street when 30 sheets of plywood flew off the back of my truck, blocking the intersection. Before I knew what happened, John Pruett of Everett’s CSP Construction, along with a co-worker, had stopped to assist me. They reloaded all my lumber in a matter of minutes and refused any compensation for their help. It is the least I can do to send these generous and neighborly-minded men a public thank you. I don’t know what I would have done had Mr. Pruett and friend not stopped – I’m five months pregnant and I surely couldn’t lift 30 sheets of plywood, never mind one!
