The airline told the news services that it plans to spend about $585 million to acquire the six planes. Boeing’s list price for six 787s is $750 million and up.

Key Quote, from an unnamed company spokeswoman: “‘It is part of our expansion. We believe the future of tourism in this region including Thailand is very positive,’ she said, adding the company is expected to sign a purchase order for new aircraft next year.”
