Everett: $4.36 million to Associated Attorneys for the Accused, a nonprofit Washington group that provides legal defense in municipal court for people who can’t afford attorneys.
$84,000 to J.C. Teegarden Technical Consultants of Snohomish for technical assistance with various city sewer and water projects.
$104,528 with Niagra Conservation Corporation for outdoor water conservation kits and public outreach.
Monroe: $17,069 to Snohomish County Corrections of Everett for May jail billing.
$87 to Wolfkill Feed &Fertilizer of Monroe for fertilizer.
$158 to Orkin Exterminating Co. Inc. of Everett for pest control.
Snohomish: $216 to Nextel Communications of Reston, Va., for city manager cell phone service from April 23 through May 18.
$341 to Pilchuck Veterinary Hospital of Snohomish for K9 Kizar medical care.
$1,000 to Snohomish Senior Center of Snohomish for May monthly payment.
