Diaper, schmiper. Some parents don’t ever have to change poopy diapers, because they don’t use them. Instead, they learn to interpret their babies’ body language so they know when the infants have to go.

Parents who shun diapers say there are many advantages, such as not having to lug around a heavy diaper bag. Disadvantages include trouble finding day care and withering looks from people who are about as eager to hold your sweet baby as they are to hold a slug.
