LYNNWOOD – No one was hurt in a two-alarm fire that broke out in a Lynnwood apartment this morning.
Around 8 a.m. firefighters found flames and smoke coming from inside a third-floor apartment, located in the 3500 block of 156th Street SW. The fire spread to the attic but fire crews were able to extinguish the blaze quickly, said Leslie Hynes, spokeswoman for Snohomish County Fire District 1.
Fire investigators were on scene to try to determine what caused the blaze.
It wasn’t immediately clear how many people may be displaced by the fire, Hynes said
