What’s going on with big project?

It has been some time since we have heard anything about the stalled out development at the Port of Everett. The economic cost of losing the former businesses is quite significant. Could The Herald please investigate and let the readers know what is going on? Who is responsible for this gutting of industry and lack of progress? Information, please. Thank you!
