Bothell City Council study session, 6 p.m. today, Bothell Municipal Court, 10116 NE 183rd St. The council plans to discuss the city’s 2009-2015 Capital Facilities Plan.

Arlington Airport Commission, 7 p.m. today, Community Room, 18513 59th Ave. NE. The commission plans to take action on a preferred design for new signs at the airport.
