Edmonds: $534 to Verizon Northwest, of Everett, for fire alarm services.

$2,511 to Tune Tales Music, of Edmonds, to provide music lessons.

$121 to Stoneway Electric Supply, of Lynnwood, for electrical supplies for the Edmonds Library.

$4,998 to the Washington State Auditor’s Office for 2008 audit services.

Lake Stevens: Up to $40,000 over eight months to Professional Growth Systems of Anchorage, Alaska, to combine its budget, land-use, traffic and construction plans into a long-term strategic plan for the city.

$7,400 to Oliver’s Landscaping Service to control plants along the Lundeen Parkway extension.

Marysville: $84,527 for a new John Deere 310 SJ backhoe.

$8,154 for membership for 2008-2009 in the Snohomish Regional Drug Task Force.

Arlington: $33,893 to Snohomish County PUD for the city’s two-month electricity bill.

$56,655 to the city of Marysville for two months-worth of prisoner housing and other jail services.

$4,200 to Island County Fire District 1 for training for six volunteer fire fighter recruits.

Monroe: $457 to NorthStar Chemical Inc., of Portland, Ore., for scrubber chemical.

$12,619 to Snohomish County Corrections, of Everett, for jail billing.

Snohomish: $203 to Brim Tractor Co. Inc., of Everett, for shield.
