Snohomish County Council, 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. today, Drewel Administration Building, 3000 Rockefeller Ave., Everett. The County Council’s public works and finance subcommittees plan to discuss the 20th Street SE plan in Lake Stevens and county reserves, respectively.
Snohomish City Council, 7 p.m. today, in the George Gilbertson Boardroom at 1601 Ave. D. The council plans to discuss the city’s six-year transportation improvement plan.
