Rock band plays free Everett concert
Alternative rock band Massy Ferguson, based in Seattle, brings its Americana roots music to the Snohomish County Campus from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. today at 3000 Rockefeller Ave. in Everett. It’s free.
Road striping in Clinton delayed
Striping scheduled for this week in Clinton on Whidbey Island has been delayed one week. It is now scheduled to start Monday.
Crews decided to delay the work so they could spray lane markings and install plastic lane markings at the same time. Doing the work in one week will reduce delays for drivers. You can visit the project Web page at www.wsdot.wa.gov/ Projects/SR525/ ClintonFerryPaving.
How to get around without a car
Community Transit offers a free Transit Talk class at 7 p.m. Thursday at Willis Tucker Community Park, 6705 Puget Park Drive, Snohomish.
Learn how to use the agency’s 33 local and 31 commuter bus routes, its vanpool program, and other services such as the customer information services line and agency Web site, www.communitytransit.org. All attendees will receive an information packet and a pair of free ride tickets to try local bus service.

Report Marysville graffiti online
The Marysville Graffiti Task Force is now providing an online form for submitting reports of graffiti vandalism in the city.
The task force is a group of residents, businesspeople and officials fighting graffiti in the city. It’s hoped the online forms can speed removal of graffiti.
The new online form also provides a way to submit photos. Go to www.ci.marysville.wa.us.
