November way too early for Christmas

When did it become the norm to start celebrating Christmas in November? Am I the only person who thinks it is wrong to see Santa at the mall two weeks before Thanksgiving, or hear radio stations playing Christmas carols already? Enough already! I am no scrooge, I love Christmas! But please, can we at least wait until December before we have Santa, carols, decorations and all the other hoopla that goes with Christmas? Let’s get back to celebrating Thanksgiving first!
