Theriau, Iwanski to play tomorrow

Everett’s newest additions, 16-year-old defenseman Alex Theriau and 18-year-old left wing Dan Iwanski, will be in the lineup tomorrow against the Prince George Cougars.

Theriau and Iwanski were acquired Tuesday in the trade that sent Kyle Beach and Mike Alexander to Lethbridge. They practiced with the team for the first time today and are being thrown right into the fire.

I wanted to get a good look at the two of them at practice today to get a feel for what they could do, but unfortunately practice started early today and went short because of the busy game schedule (four in five), so I didn’t really see them in action. That means I’ll be just as curious an observer tomorrow as the rest of you.
