Arlington City Council, 7 p.m. Tuesday, City Council chambers, 110 E. Third St. The meeting is moved to Tuesday because of the Monday holiday. The agenda includes confirmation of appointees to several city commissions and the award of the bid for the waste-water treatment plant upgrade and expansion.

Everett City Council, 6:30 p.m. City Council Chambers, 3002 Wetmore Ave. The agenda includes a $50,000 professional services contract with J. Bozeat &Associates LLC of Seattle for work on the Water Filtration Plant.

Gold Bar City Council, 7 p.m., Tuesday, 107 Fifth St.

Monroe City Council, 7 p.m., Tuesday, City Hall, 806 W. Main St. Staff will be drafting a letter to the state about the negative effects to U.S. 2 if a planned Highway 522 project is canceled.

Snohomish City Council, 7 p.m., Tuesday, School Administration Center, George Gilbertson Boardroom, 1601 Ave. D. A workshop will be held at 6 p.m. before the regular meeting.

Sultan Planning Commission, 7 p.m., Tuesday, 319 Main St.

Lake Stevens City Council special meeting and workshop, 7 p.m. Tuesday, Lake Stevens School District administration building, 12309 22nd St. NE.

Marysville City Council work session, 7 p.m. Tuesday, City Hall, 1049 State Ave.

Snohomish County PUD Board of Commissioners, 9 a.m. Tuesday, PUD Headquarters, 2320 California St. The Commission is scheduled to hear a briefing from the general manager and hold a study session. The meeting reconvenes at 1:30 p.m.
