Learn how to freeze a month of meals

Learn how to make a freezer full of meals at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Mukilteo library, 4675 Harbour Pointe Blvd., Mukilteo.

Author Kelly Machel will show how to prepare and freeze 30 meals in one day using a variety of entrees.

Kids invited to plan events in Stanwood

The Stanwood Camano Community Resource Center seeks kids ages 11 to 18 to serve on an advisory council for a new youth activity center.

The council will advise the foundation’s board of directors on activities and programs for the center.

Help the disabled by serving on Village Community Services’ board

Village Community Services seeks volunteer board members. The board meets at 6:30 p.m. the last Tuesday of the month at 3210 Smokey Point Drive, Suite 200, Arlington.

Village Community Services helps people with developmental and other disabilities find jobs and homes.

The Everett Clinic has money to give

The Everett Clinic Foundation and the family of Dr. William MacDonald are accepting applications for the William MacDonald Leadership and Personal Development Fund. The deadline is March 1.

MacDonald was president of The Everett Clinic for many years. Funds go to Snoho­mish County health care professionals to promote leadership, collaboration and enhancement of care for county residents.

One award of up to $10,000 will be given annually.

Cat clinic offers low-cost neutering

The Feral Cat Spay-Neuter Project clinic in Lynnwood will neuter and administer rabies vaccinations to male cats for $20 in January.

Cats do not have to be feral to qualify.
