Arlington Planning Commission, 7 p.m. Tuesday, council chambers, 110 E. Third St. The agenda includes public hearings on comprehensive plan amendments and concurrent rezones. Properties to be discussed include 116 acres east of I-5 and north of 188th Street NE and 137 acres of what is known as the Graafstra farm lowland at the northeast part of the city.

Everett City Council, 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, City Council chambers, 3002 Wetmore Ave. The agenda includes a $750,000 contract with Perteet Engineering of Everett to design and manage construction of a three-bay bus terminal at Everett Station. The city has already spent $264,000 on engineering work related to the project.

Monroe City Council, 7 p.m., Tuesday, City Hall, 806 W. Main St. Council will discuss a transportation bond and authorize garbage and recycling rate hike.

Sultan Planning Commission, 7 p.m., Tuesday, 319 Main St. Will discuss a new land use zone for public and institutional uses.
