Everett City Council, 6:30 p.m. today, council chambers, 3002 Wetmore Ave. The agenda includes a proposal to rezone more than 100 acres of industrial land along the Snohomish River.

Stanwood City Council, 5:30 p.m. workshop and 7 p.m. regular meeting, Thursday in the board room at the Stanwood-Camano School District administration building, 26920 Pioneer Highway. The workshop involves comprehensive plan amendments.
