TACOMA — Arlington’s Miguel Garcia made his pro boxing debut on Saturday night, fighting JR DelGalido at the Emerald Queen Casino.

The two boxed to a four-round majority draw. Dan Hathaway, Garcia’s trainer and manager said the three judges scored the fight 38-38, 38-38, and 39-37 in Garcia’s favor.

Both boxers now have a record of 0-0-1. Hathaway hopes to get Garcia on a card April 30 in Idaho.
