Suspect flees in Marysville robbery

MARYSVILLE – Police on Monday night were looking for a woman who robbed a grocery store at gunpoint.
A cashier at Fred Meyer at 9925 State Ave. told police shortly before 9 p.m. that a woman walked into the store, showed a handgun and demanded money, Marysville Police Lt. Jeff Goldman said.
She fled after taking the cash.
No shots were fired and nobody got hurt, Goldman said.
The suspect was described as Hispanic. She was wearing a yellow hooded sweatshirt with the hood over her head, white pants and white shoes.
