Herb Pridmore (left) and Richard Rigby of the Mukilteo Historical Society hang a banner on the Mukilteo Lighthouse to greet the crew of the USS Rodney M. Davis as the ship rounded Possession Point on Whidbey Island and returned to Everett on Tuesday.
