Upgrade for Arlington wastewater-treatment plant

ARLINGTON — The city has scheduled a groundbreaking ceremony for the expansion and upgrade of its wastewater-treatment plant.
The event is 6:30 tonight at the Utilities Administration office, 154 W. Cox Ave.
Early planning and design on the project started in 2005.
