$10,000 to new Police Chief Robert Sullenberger for moving expenses.

Edmonds: $1,634,667.54 to Precision Earthworks Inc. of Mukilteo for walkway projects along 76th Avenue W., 75th Place W. and a project at the 162nd Street SW park.

Everett: $1.8 million to KLB Construction of Mukilteo for ground work at the Everett Riverfront Project.

$55,000 to Clearcreek Contractors of Everett to settle a dispute over work on a sewer improvement project.

Mukilteo: $103,513 to Paladin Data Systems of Poulsbo for a software program that will track permits.

Snohomish County: up to $49,000 to Dr. Thomas Greisamer of Marysville to provide psychiatric services at the Snohomish County jail over the next year.

$350,000 to buy 7.21 acres of land next to the entrance of Lord Hill Regional Park to expand parking and improve access for horses.
