CUMBERLAND, Md. — A Tacoma man police say was stabbed nine times by a 17-year-old Arlington girl in a western Maryland camp has been released from the hospital and charged with trespassing.
Cumberland police say 22-year-old Jimmy Lee Blank has also been charged with providing alcohol to an underage girl.
The Arlington girl, Jessika Brown, is charged as an adult with attempted murder in Blank’s stabbing Tuesday night during a drunken altercation near the CSX railroad tracks in Cumberland.
Police said Brown and Blank had traveled from Chicago by hopping trains.
Police said that after the stabbing, a 19-year-old from Iselin, N.J., helped Brown flag down a motorist to get Blank to a hospital.
