Training camp approaches

It’s just a little more than a week before Silvertips training camp opens. The players report next Tuesday to undergo physicals, with on-ice activities beginning the next morning (though the schedule for the on-ice sessions hasn’t been confirmed yet). The annual Green vs. White game takes place Saturday, Aug. 29 at 5 p.m.

Of course, this year there’s no separate rookie camp, everyone’s participating in main camp. Because of that I don’t know what the Green vs. White game is going to look like this year. The past few years it’s been a rookie game, but it might be a veteran game this year. I’ll post more when I learn more.
