Marysville girl lucky in second-story fall

MARYSVILLE — Medics were called on Tuesday evening after a 4-year-old girl fell from a second-story window.

Medics rushed to the 6300 block of 47th Avenue NE about 8:30 p.m., Marysville Fire District Battalion Chief Scott Goodale said.

Luckily, the girl landed on dirt and grass. She didn’t appear seriously hurt.

Medics took her to a hospital for evaluation.

The window was open only about 10 inches. “It’s a good reminder for people with kids to secure open windows,” Goodale said.
