Glacier Peak High School Grizzlies take on Shorecrest High School tonight to score in football and cancer research.
It’s being dubbed as the first Think Pink Football Game and is planned for 8 p.m. at Snohomish High School, 1316 Fifth St., Snohomish.
The cheer squad is organizing the event in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
The Front Porch staff has one question: Isn’t 8 p.m. on a school night a bit late for a football game?
Halloween display in Mukilteo: See a pirate theme at Don and Michelle Morin’s home.
They’ve created a display including hitchhiking ghosts, firing cannons, fog and a graveyard in the 5800 block of 111th Street SW, Mukilteo.
Historic Everett plans fundraiser: Historic Everett’s Halloween fundraiser is planned for 5 p.m. Friday at the Anchor Pub, 1001 Hewitt Ave., Everett.
Everett History Week begins Friday with a spaghetti dinner and silent auction, costume optional.
The suggested donation is $15.
Proceeds help pay legal fees to Save the Collins Building.
Historian David Dilgard offers a program about the 1916 Everett Massacre at 7 p.m. Nov. 5 at the pub. At 6 p.m., they’ve planned a bagpipe ceremony.
