Reader poll: trade deadline over

The trade deadline passed with Everett standing pat. We now know exactly what Everett has for the rest of the season, and we’ve had ample opportunity to see what this team can do with its current personnel. The Tips are 25-16-2-1, which puts them in fourth place in the Western Conference with 28 games remaining. Just .018 percentage points separate the four teams between second and fifth. Vancouver and Portland both made trades at the deadline to upgrade their teams, but we’ll have to see how much of an upgrade Vancouver made and Portland’s upgrade doesn’t take effect until March.

So given the rosters that are now locked in the rest of the way, what does Everett’s future hold?
