Small-biz aid passes House

The U.S. House of Representatives voted 246-178 to pass a $14 billion bill that extends tax credits to small businesses, another attempt to get companies hiring again.
The bill aims to alleviate capital gains tax for small businesses and extend deductions for start-ups. Find out more in the Wall Street Journal.
