Taste local wine, food in Bothell

Buy, bite and imbibe on Bothell’s Main Street, getting a taste from area wineries and specialty foods while stopping in at local merchants from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday.
Bothell retailers and restaurants celebrate Northwest wines from Chatter Creek, DiStefano and Edmonds wineries, among the dozen or so participating winemakers.
In addition to the downtown eateries, food from visiting vendors include Uli’s Sausage, Carolina Smoke BBQ, chocolates from Theo’s, Melissa’s and Trevani, cheeses, nuts and more.
Bring your own wine glass and tickets are $15, or wine glasses are available for an extra $5. Purchase tickets online at www.explorebothell.com, Walk-up tickets are subject to availability. All proceeds benefit the Bothell Arts Council.
