MONROE — Are you missing a cigar humidor shaped like the White House?

If so, the King County Sheriff’s Office may have recovered the unique item Friday during a search of a storage locker in Monroe.

The humidor was part of a haul of suspected stolen property linked to a group of serial burglars who were operating in south Snohomish County and Shoreline. Other items recovered include firearms, golf clubs, guitars, jewelry, tools and electronics.

King County Sheriff’s Sgt. John Urquhart says detectives are hopeful people who have had their property stolen will check online images of the loot. Some items, such as the humidor stuffed with cigars, are unique items that should be easily recognized.

The sheriff’s office has set up a site where the items can be viewed here. The password is: Shoreline.

Anyone who thinks they recognize their stolen property should call Shoreline detectives at (206) 801-2710.
