Everett aerospace firm expands

PRV Aerospace of Everett, which makes precision components for the aerospace industry, has acquired Arden Engineering Inc. of Orange, Calif.
The price wasn’t disclosed.
Arden focuses on large and complex machined components and assemblies for aerospace.
PRV CEO Richard Wood said Arden is a good fit with his company because it is well positioned in the military market.
“The capabilities of Arden, its platform positions and strong presence in the military aerospace market fit well with our existing businesses and overall strategic direction,” Wood said. “We look forward to partnering with the Arden Management team and employees to build on the company’s excellent reputation and to further expand the range of products and services we offer to our customers.”
