A large order for single-aisle jets is being considered by a major leasing company, reports Bloomberg News.
International Lease Finance Corp. is planning to place an order for 100 single-aisle jets, possibly this quarter. ILFC is looking at Boeing’s 737, Airbus’ A320 New Engine Option and Bombardier’s CSeries aircraft.
Last week, India’s IndiGo signed a tentative agreement with Airbus for 180 A320s, including 150 A320 NEOs.
Delta also is looking at a 100 to 200 single-aisle jet order.
