SULTAN — Sultan (5-5 league, 5-5 overall) surged out to a 3-0 lead in the Cascade Conference game on goals by Adrian Cayetano (26th minute), David Shirley (53rd minute) and Brian Ordonez (61st minute). The lone Tigers’ (0-10, 0-11-1) goal came in the 76th minute from Mitch Elvrom. Turks keeper Danny Arroyo had six saves.
