Virgin Group’s Richard Branson is likely to push the Boeing Co. for more compensation for repeated delays to the 787 program.

Boeing has said it plans to deliver the first Dreamliner by the end of September, after a more than three-year delay.

In an interview with the Dow Jones, Branson called the numerous delays to the 787 program a “nightmare.”

Boeing officials have said the company will deliver as many as 20 787s this year.
