China Southern to order Boeing 777s

China Southern Airlines plans to buy six Boeing Co. 777 freighters, the carrier said Tuesday.
The aircraft are to be delivered between 2013 and 2015, China Southern said.
The order is worth nearly $1.6 billion at list prices. However, China Southern said it is paying “significantly lower” than list price, according to this AFP story.
