Anniversary

Beard

Lucius and Lillian Beard of Marysville celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary of Wednesday.

The couple were married Oct. 5, 1951, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Everett.

They have lived in Everett and Marysville.

Lillian Beard retired from Everett General Hospital after a 35-year career as a registered nurse.

Lucius retired from Scott Paper Co. after more than three decades.

They have three daughters, two sons, eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
