Prep girls soccer: Granite Falls 3, Coupeville 0

GRANITE FALLS — Granite Falls took an early lead and cemented it with goals near the end of each half to defeat Coupeville (0-12 league, 1-12 overall) in a Cascade Conference game. Cervarich scored in the seventh minute and teammate Hailey Teter added a goal in the 36th minute to make it 2-0 Tigers entering the second half. Granite Falls (6-6, 7-7) got its last goal from Winter Wirkkala in the 68th minute.
