LAKE STEVENS — McKayla Huntley and Kendall Swanson combined for 25 kills helping Lake Stevens (4-2 league, 6-4 overall) deal Snohomish (5-1, 7-3) it first Wesco North loss. Lanesha Reagan and Cierra Short racked up 40 kills for the Panthers, but it wasn’t enough for victory in a close match that played out 20-25, 25-15, 25-27, 25-20, 15-11. “It was the best volleyball game I’ve been at,” said Lake Stevens head coach Amy Wiklund. “(We) had a plan before we went in and we totally executed that plan.”
